Important Message
- December 27th is the last day that WeCare will see patients.
- Clinic services will be unavailable 12/28/24 – 01/06/25.
- The clinic will reopen as Veracity Onsite starting January 6th, 2025.
- The clinic will operate at a reduced capacity for the month of January as we focus on staff training and migration of systems. Reduced capacity means that the clinic will schedule acute (sick) visits only.
- If you have a medication that will need to be refilled before January 31st, 2025, we strongly recommend that you have this refill issued and filled before 12/27/24.
- Likewise, if you will need other supplies such as diabetes testing supplies or sleep testing equipment, please call the clinic prior to 12/27/24 to make arrangements before the transition.
- The clinic staff is currently working on rescheduling any existing appointments after 12/27/24. If you have an appointment scheduled after 12/27/24 and haven’t yet been contacted, please call the clinic as soon as possible to get your appointment moved.
We know you’ll have questions, and we want to hear from you! Please email your questions, comments, and ideas to MemberInfo@veracityonsite.com

Plan Highlights
This benefit applies to all employees, spouses and other dependents covered by the County’s medical plan.
The following services are offered at NO CHARGE TO THE EMPLOYEE
- Office Visits
- Basic Laboratory tests
NOTE: Prescription drugs are NO LONGER offered at the clinic; however, prescriptions can be filled at a preferred pharmacy at no cost. You must use the Sav-RX card (provided by The Clinic) and the prescription written through The Clinic. See Sav-RX under Prescription for more details
Prescriptions written by practitioners at Veracity Onsite will be able to be filled at any select pharmacy for a zero-dollar copay. Non-select pharmacies, such as Walgreens and CVS will not be able to fill these prescriptions.
Clinic privileges will be suspended for individuals who scheduled appointments are not kept without proper cancellation notice. The County is still charged for missed appointments.
Increasing the use of the Clinic for primary care visits and basic lab tests will reduce employee out-of-pocket expenses, while reducing overall claims expenses for the plan. Lower claims against the plan will aid in holding down the premiums required to support the medical insurance plan for both employees and employer.
