Our flexible coverage provides up front and scheduled benefits for a broad variety of emergency, hospital, and follow-up treatment services. Unless you tell us otherwise, all benefits are paid in full – directly to you – even if you have other coverage.

If you participate in any hazardous sports or avocations, you may need the extra protection of AFLAC’s accident policy. Your group medical insurance is limited to $2,500 per year ($15,000 lifetime) “for treatment resulting from hazardous pursuit”.

Claims can be filed online through Aflac Policy Holder Services. You must setup an account to view policy information and file claims. Wellness Claims filed by 3PM will be processed the following day with Aflac One Day Pay!
