Annual Enrollment for Heard County Schools Benefits
Plan Year: July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025

Enrollment for non-Medical Benefits will take place April 15-19, 2024.

Employees have 3 ways to Enroll:
1) Face to Face (see Onsite Schedule below)
2) Self Service (Login or Registerhttps://houze-benefits.org/heard/login/ for an account)
3) Call Center (800-523-7135 or 706-882-2864)

Personalized Benefits Information will be delivered to each location for each employee.

You have 2 places to enroll for benefits!
1) State Health Medical MUST BE ENROLLED through www.myshbpga.adp.com within 30 days of your START date.

Transfer employees from other GA School Systems will remain in your existing Medical Plan until the next annual enrollment.

2) Heard County Schools non-medical benefits enroll through the Employee Enrollment Portal:
